Evergreen Park RPP Program

On May 9, 2016, City Council directed staff to implement a Residential Preferential Parking (RPP) program in the Evergreen Park neighborhood through a stakeholder process. This process kicked off in July 2016, and information pertinent to the program development and implementation will be posted to this website.

Schedule Overview

The development and implementation of the Evergreen Park RPP program can roughly be broken down into three portions:

  1. Community Engagement (July-October 2016): Comprised of two community workshops, focus groups, and a resident survey.
  2. Program Development (September 2016 – January 2017): Development of Evergreen Park RPP Resolution, adoption/modification of resolution by City Council, and internal program development.
  3. Implementation (November 2016-February 2017): Signage design, fabrication, and installation; permit design and fabrication; online permit sales set-up; community meetings focused on program roll-out.
